are Guppies shipped ? |
| We ship the Guppies to you by Express-Services (door to door or AirCargo). Every fish is bagged in a single bag. This way we keep the stress level for the animal as low as possible. For a balanced temperature we use a thick Styofoam box and also heat packs in winter. You only pay the official shipping fee that the Express Services or the airlines are asking for. long does it take to ship ? |
| The shipping to European countries can be done with the next day delivery services. Shipping outside Europe can take about 2-3 days (depends on the service we use). Collected shipments are welcome. |

do I take care of the fish upon arrival ? |
| A couple of basic rules you should take care of,
so your new Guppies can adapt to your water as easy as possible. 1.
Put the bags on the water to adjust slowly to your temperature. |
